Player Cardiff City released finds new club within weeks
A player who left Cardiff City in the January transfer window has now found a new club. Vontae Daley-Campbell departed the Bluebirds by mutual consent after failing to kick on during his time with City, initially joining in 2022.
The 22-year-old joined after failing to make it at Leicester City, linking up with the development team, but his development was not sufficient to earn him regular playing opportunities. Daley-Campbell only made one first-team league appearance for City, and he was released during the winter window.

Daley-Campbell has penned a deal up to the end of the season, hoping to aid Posh’s promotion bid. Peterborough are currently in fifth place in League One, seven points off second place with a game in hand to play.
